Get Caller Context

The caller's CONTEXT profile: stored facts (identity, assets) joined with the DERIVED views (connections, flows_created, works_for_me). Two-planes isolated. LAZY + EMPTY-SAFE: module/store absent => an empty profile, never a 500.

With ?subject=<s>, returns only that subject's items plus a roadmap of executed steps. Subjects are derived from asset 'kind' fields.
