Generate Scientific Paper

Generate a publication-quality paper using claude-scientific-writer.

Runs in a background thread. The frontend polls /api/projects/{id} until paper_content appears. The resulting LaTeX PDF is served at the existing /api/projects/{id}/paper.pdf endpoint.
