Get Projects Endpoint

Retrieves all projects associated with a specific event organizer, recipient, or photographer.

Query Parameters: eventOrganizerId (str): The ID of the event organizer (optional) recipientId (str): The ID of the recipient (optional) photographerId (str): The ID of the photographer (optional)

Notes: - Exactly one of the ID parameters must be provided (not zero, not multiple)

Returns: JSON response containing: - projects: List of projects with their metadata Each project contains: - id - title - start_date - end_date - status

Errors: - 400 if none of the ID parameters is provided - 400 if more than one ID parameter is provided - 404 if the specified entity is not found - 500 if database access fails
