Generate Download Url Endpoint
Generates a presigned URL for downloading images. If only one image is requested, returns a direct download URL for that image. If multiple images, creates a ZIP file.
Request Body: imageIds: List of image IDs to include projectId: Project ID for the images
Returns: JSON response with: - downloadUrl: The presigned URL - filename: The filename for download - isZip: Boolean indicating if it's a ZIP file or single image
Errors: - 500 if download generation fails
