Delete Images Endpoint

Deletes multiple images from the system.

If images are NOT in trash: performs soft delete (moves to trash)
If images are already in trash: performs permanent delete (removes from S3 and DB)

Expects: - JSON with: - 'imageIds': list of image IDs to delete - 'projectId'

Returns: - Success message with counts of deleted images - Error if imageIds is missing or invalid
