What happened, as a feed you can poll

Answers: what happened to these applications / patents / entities since I last looked — office actions, allowances, abandonments, grants, publications, assignments, PTAB petitions, maintenance events — as detected by our nightly ingest. Filter by types and/or targets (at least one filter is required); page with cursor; use since (ISO date or datetime, on detected_at) for 'since my last poll'. The webhook alternative is POST /v1/monitors. Costs 1 request per 100 rows.

Only events detected on/after this ISO date or datetime.
