Answers: what has happened to this application and when — every USPTO transaction (filing, office actions, responses, notice of allowance, issue, abandonment), newest first. Each item is {date, code, description, event_type} where code/description are USPTO's verbatim and event_type is our normalized enum (office_action, allowance, abandonment, grant, publication, ... or null). Pass since=YYYY-MM-DD to get only what happened on or after a date (e.g. since your last check).
