Widget Replay Js

Serve the hashed Tier 3b replay bundle (immutable, long-cached).

Loaded by the loader stub on every pageload when remote-config .replayEnabled is true. Wraps rrweb (~75 KB, ~25 KB gzipped) so it's intentionally split off from chat.track.
