Version Report

Sealed version's data report: its content profile, made once by the data report job and stored apart from the version under the key it names (pending until then, failed with why), and observations made now, at observed_at: whether training on it is allowed now (consent), its examples that are eval cases now (kept per state of the tenant's eval sets, dataset_contamination), and the list price of storing it. A holdout dataset has none (no statistics come from holdouts).
