Version Files

Stored size of each declared file, null when absent, sorted by path: a resumed upload skips files already stored at the declared size (sealing still checks each file's size, and the sha256 of files up to a size limit). ?path= asks for one file. Pages of limit after ?after=<path>; a full page sets X-Next-After.
