已登录用户修改自己的邮箱

  1. 验证当前密码是否正确
  2. 检查新邮箱是否已被其他用户使用
  3. 更新用户邮箱
  4. 返回成功消息和新邮箱
  5. 如果当前密码不正确 返回401错误
  6. 如果新邮箱已被使用 返回400错误
