Reset Send Verification Code

重置密码时发送验证码

  1. 检查手机号是否存在
  2. 生成4位随机验证码
  3. 存储验证码 设置5分钟过期
  4. 调用短信发送接口
  5. 返回成功消息
  6. 如果手机号不存在 返回404错误
  7. 如果发送短信失败 返回500错误
  8. 如果发送短信成功 返回200
