超管手动改客户归属(审计):员工 BD(promoter_id)或普通客户(referrer_tenant_id),都空 = 清除。 10-06 负责人定:从改的这一刻起,之后的订单算新推荐人;之前的订单仍算原推荐人(已产生的提成 / 分成、可疑审核都不动)。 靠 referral_change 记一行(提成 / 分成按订单发生时的归属现算,见 referral.EFFECTIVE_JOIN)。
