Es gab ihn bisher nur als NEBENWIRKUNG von agent_get_conversation, und der laeuft auch dann, wenn der Desk im Hintergrund pollt und niemand hinsieht. Mit dem Strom aus Phase 2 faellt das Polling weg, also braucht der Lesestand einen eigenen Weg - genau wie auf der Nutzerseite.
