Agent Conversation Insights

The 'smart layer' for a conversation, computed in one call and cached until a new message arrives:

  • entities: servers/users mentioned in the chat (by ID or name), resolved and pre-filtered to what can actually be right (server names only match servers the customer is a member of), with candidates when ambiguous.
  • bot_status: where Notoq stands on the affected server (role position, permissions, warnings) — the same payload the AI receives as context.
  • related: the customer's previous tickets + how many tickets exist for the same server.
  • detected_language: the language the customer is writing in right now.
