Die Clan-Regeln aendern - nur die Felder, die mitkommen.

Die beiden Premium-Schalter (nick_sync, auto_channels) lassen sich ohne Server-Premium nicht EINschalten; Ausschalten geht immer. Die Antwort auf den Versuch hat die Form von plan_utils.require_plan (plan_required), weil das Frontend daran den Upsell-Hinweis erkennt.

Nach dem Speichern: Cache des Dienstes leeren (dieser Prozess) und clans_settings_updated an den Bot (alle Cluster). Ein Speichern ohne Aenderung tut beides nicht - es gibt nichts zu melden.
