Wappen Setzen

Die Wahl der Werkstatt speichern - Emblem, Farbe, Form, Rahmen, Muster, Metall, eigene Tinktur, Banner und Zier, geschickt wird, was sich aendert. Ob ein Teil frei ist, prueft der Dienst gegen die Stufe der Schmiede und das Clan-Level (clans/wappen.py setzen); die Antwort hat die Form von GET, damit die Werkstatt nicht neu laden muss.
