Get Agent Activity Screenshot Url
Return a short-lived presigned URL for an agent activity event's screenshot.
The screenshot lives in a private S3 bucket because it can contain customer PII (names, addresses, dollar amounts). This endpoint enforces the same conversation-level access control as the activity feed itself and signs a 1-hour URL the browser can render directly.
