Add Phone To Conversation

Register a new phone number on a conversation so it can be messaged.

Adds the number to the conversation's known phones (customer_phones), which both lets outbound sends target it and routes future inbound replies from it back into this conversation. The number is added to this conversation only — it is not written to the ServiceTitan customer profile.

After this succeeds, send to the new number via POST /{id}/send with target_phone set to the returned phone.
