Rephrase Message

Rephrase technician's drafted message using AI to improve professionalism and clarity.

This endpoint:

  1. Fetches conversation history for context
  2. Takes technician's drafted message text
  3. Rephrases it professionally while maintaining intent (role message.rephrase)
  4. Returns the improved message for technician to review and edit

The AI considers:

  • Conversation history (what's been discussed)
  • Message tone (professional, friendly, clear)
  • Customer service best practices
