Patch name/description/folder and/or replace the graph. EDITOR on the automation.

folder_id files the workflow in a workflow folder of the caller's company (404 if not found, 422 if it is a pipeline folder); explicit null moves it to the root and omitting it leaves it unchanged.

Filing is re-parenting: the folder is a CONTAINMENT parent in the permission graph, so its grants reach the workflow. Like a project move, it requires ADMIN on the workflow and EDITOR on a non-null destination; moving to the root still needs ADMIN, since it strips the old parent's inherited grants.
