Mint a link code for the signed-in account

Issue a code, and the node row it names, to this session (D-LC1/D-LC2).

The plaintext is in the answer and nowhere else: the audit row records the code's id, its node and its expiry, and passes the plaintext as a forbidden value so that a future edit which interpolated it into the metadata would fail loudly rather than ship a readable code in cloud_audit.
