Delete the account's hosted machine and unlink its node. No undo.

202 while the provider delete is owed (deleting), 200 once nothing is left (deleted). Idempotent: a repeat changes nothing and writes no audit row. Deliberately no payment and no standing check: a lapsed or suspended owner must still be able to stop the cost.
