Every business born here is v3-native (spec 2026-09-06_SPEC_CLI_REFRESH_V3_BIRTH D7): CreationProfile.V3, the found gate at create (D10: a Founder plan or a live trial AND the founding credit floor, no welcome grant), moderation on the idea (D17), the lexicon namer when name is absent (D15). The request fields of the classic path keep their meaning (D18); only the profile, the gate and the (now unreachable) first-CEO-run spawn changed.
