List Archived Companies

The settings "Archived companies" list (archive spec §8): name, handle, archived date, lifetime earnings, current balance. Money stays reachable — the row's balance pairs with the allowlisted withdrawal routes. No company pages exist for archived companies and there is no unarchive.
