Get Running Statuses

Get all running conversation statuses for the current user.

Returns list of {conversation_id, status} for conversations currently being processed.

Note: This endpoint must be defined BEFORE /conversations/{conversation_id} to prevent FastAPI from matching "running-statuses" as a UUID.
