Get Conversations

Get a page of the current user's conversations, newest first.

Without kind only the conversations the user drove themselves are listed; unattended runs (automations, reviews, briefs…) are reachable by asking for their kind explicitly. without_topic leaves out what /conversations/by-topic files under a topic.
