Get Asset Value

Governed live value + recent trend for a native metric.

Payload mirrors the frontend LiveValue contract: {queryable, value, delta, grain, trend, sampled_at}. Non-native targets (dbt metrics, terms…) return queryable: false so the panel quietly hides.
