Get Asset Semantic Detail

Return the dbt MetricFlow definition behind a METRIC / SEMANTIC_MODEL asset.

The rich definition (dimensions, measures, entities, metric type) is not stored on the asset row — it is read back on demand from the project's semantic_manifest. Returns 404 for non-semantic assets or when no manifest entry matches.
