with-materials actions for SupplierReservationViewset.

POST .../supplier-reservation/with-materials/ creates a SupplierReservation and its materials in one atomic request.

PATCH .../supplier-reservation/{id}/with-materials/ updates the SupplierReservation and replaces its materials set as a whole: a row with an id updates that stored SupplierReservationMaterial, a row without one creates a new one, and any stored row absent from the list is deleted.
