inventory

bulk action for PurchaseOrderEntryViewset: create a list of entries in one atomic request instead of one POST per row. Each row still runs through PurchaseOrderEntrySerializer / PurchaseOrderEntry.save() as usual, so the per-entry stock mutation side effect still fires per row.
