Get current authenticated user

Returns the current authenticated user's information from the JWT token.

401 without a session, as before. 503 permissions_unavailable — never 200, never 500 — when the database could not be read: either by the enrichment of this very request (the session is marked, see app/auth.py::PermissionLookupUnavailable) or by a lookup below.
