Open leads and team seats a deactivation would have to deal with

Read-only. Powers the confirm dialog (#906): how many open leads the user still owns, which of them round-robin could not place, and which teams they would leave. Fetched when the dialog opens and again after a 409, since the numbers can move between the two.
