User Detailed Report
Per-commercial drill-down, opened from a row of the report's "Performance por Comercial" table.
Takes the SAME funnel filter as the parent report, and the caller should send the report's echoed window as start_date/end_date rather than period: the row was computed for one funnel and one resolved window, so re-deriving either here would make the modal contradict the row that opened it (the same pinning the lost-reason drill-down does).
