Bulk Export

Stream all mutations as gzipped CSV

Streaming gzip-compressed CSV export. No row limit — the entire filtered result set is streamed in constant memory via a server-side cursor. At most 2 concurrent streaming exports allowed (returns 503 if busy). Use /api/export/count to preview size first. Save directly: curl -o mutations.csv.gz 'https://canelib.erc.monash.edu/api/export/stream/mutations.csv.gz?gene=BRAF'
