Legacy: Ollama-compatible API

Ollama-dialect per-model detail — successor: GET /v1/models/installed

Accepts both the model and legacy name request keys (first-non-empty wins — the 0.30.x CLI sends an empty model beside name). license/modelfile/parameters/template are empty by design: Modelfile semantics do not exist here.
