Legacy: Ollama-compatible API
Ollama-dialect embeddings — successor: POST /v1/embeddings
Fronts the free ANE embeddinggemma path. Installed chat models answer 400 "does not support embeddings" (matching upstream ≥0.30's own refusal); unknown models return the pull-guidance 404.
