Legacy: Ollama-compatible API

Ollama-dialect loaded-model list — successor: GET /v1/models/state

Currently resident models. Residency is demand-driven LRU, so expires_at renders far-future (the dialect's keep_alive timer does not exist here) and context_length is shape-correct at 0.
