Erase all this org's Customer Voice feedback (GDPR)

Bulk-erases every Aletheia Customer Voice feedback submission for this org via the SECURITY DEFINER org_feedback_erase RPC (migration 465), which deletes the org's feedback_dispatch_overrides rows first (unblocking their ON DELETE RESTRICT FK, MNE-2055) before deleting feedback_submissions (cascading to context bundle / attachments / triage / work items / resolutions / acknowledgements). Scoped strictly to org_id — an org can never erase another org's feedback. owner/admin only. Idempotent: a repeat call returns deleted: 0. Every erasure is recorded to the governance audit trail.
