Check the authenticated caller's own entitlement to a product

Self-service entitlement check (MNE-7401). Answers 'do I, the caller, have access to product' using the caller's own credential (cookie, bearer, or API key) — deliberately not admin-gated and not parameterized by accountId, so it can never become an IDOR letting one account query another's grant; it only ever resolves the grant against the authenticated caller's own identity. Added so mnemom-research-grade's own OIDC callback (which is reachable without going through this repo's /v1/auth/oidc/finalize) can check entitlement before minting its session.
