Graph of the caller's agents + trust edges
Returns a {nodes, edges} graph of every agent linked to the authenticated user, suitable for dashboard topology rendering. Available to every authenticated caller — the former trust_topology plan gate was retired in MNE-2567, because this returns the caller's own data and output completeness never varies by pricing tier. Falls back to {nodes: [], edges: []} if the backing RPC fails.
