Revenuecat Events Customer

Per-customer subscription lifecycle for RevenueCat customers.

Built from the source-agnostic subscription_events log (one row per user+product) rather than a live API call, so it gives RevenueCat customers the same Revenue-tab timeline Stripe customers get from their invoices. Returns events newest-first in the same shape the Revenue tab renders: a "subscription_created" per subscription and a "cancellation" if it ended.
