List Customer Communications

Everything exchanged with this customer, newest first: real emails across the connected inboxes plus Minro-sent drafts (agent and manual sends over any transport). Gmail-synced mail and SES inbound come from gmail_messages; ESP and push sends only exist as sent drafts, so an ESP-only workspace would show an empty history without them.
