GetRuntimePipeline returns the pipeline as seen by the system at runtime.

The runtime may modify the pipeline from what a client created, such as injecting default or legacy data, replacing params with default_values, and removing disabled integrations. Most clients should use /v1.1/pipeline endpoint instead. This endpoint may be useful for debugging writekeys.
