ListRetlWorkflowRuns

Changed on

Lists rETL workflow runs: running, then pending, then finished, newest first in each group. A cron tick can list multiple entries sharing the workflow_id. Runs with no log rows yet lead the first page. per_page defaults to 10, max 100.
