Follow Up Agent

Ask a follow-up in a conversation: a new run on its thread (followsRunId) that answers prompt after everything asked and found in it before, and may read again, free, the pages the conversation read. The body is a POST /agent request -- its own URLs, schema, budget, sites and model -- and the follow-up pays for its own work. run_id is the conversation's latest message, finished: 409 while it works, for an earlier message (the error names the latest), or past 30 messages; 410 past its keep date.
