Get a single carrier by external reference ID

Returns full carrier details including contacts, equipment, and financial summary.

Path Parameters: - external_reference_id: The carrier's external reference ID (e.g., "CAR12345")

Query Parameters: - integration_connection_id: TMS integration connection ID (required)

Returns: Carrier model with full details including: - Basic carrier info (name, DOT#, phone, addresses) - Contacts (dispatchers, admins, operations liaisons) - Equipment (capabilities, reefer, hazmat, team, etc.) - Certifications (SMART_WAY, CARB_TRU, TANKER_ENDORSED_DRIVERS, etc.) - Financial summary (total paid, outstanding balance, average rate, recent payments) - Engagement metrics (response_rate, acceptance_rate)
