List dating conversations, sorted by what can be acted on

The only list where dating contacts appear (relationship family dating, or with a dating profile). Each row carries whose turn it is, how long the conversation has been still and the urgency computed from the last 200 messages. coolingCount counts the rows where it is the user's turn and the conversation has been still for 2 days or more.
