List immutable pre-elimination report rollups for one group version

QA-only. Requires active membership in every constituent test company. These are management P&L and balance-sheet rollups from exact immutable standalone presentation snapshots. Balance sheets also pin the exact immutable CTA snapshot derived from the same manifest. They are explicitly incomplete and are not consolidated financial statements because uniform-policy adjustments, parent-investment/subsidiary-equity elimination, intercompany eliminations, NCI attribution, and disposal reclassification have not all been applied.
