Issue an immutable standalone adjusted pre-closing trial balance

Demo-parity and admin-only for an explicitly allowlisted active or test company. Uses all posted non-closing journal lines through the exact closed-period cutoff for one concrete same-company legal entity. Assets and liabilities use closing rates, equity uses historical rates, nominal accounts use exact closed-period averages, and CTA remains a separate non-ledger control-schedule line. Missing or stale authority fails closed; runtime fixtures and inferred cross-entity fallbacks are never accepted.
